Have been a patient at rock house for a few years now (my wife too). We find them to be professional, polite and outstanding. The reception team are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recently had a root canal procedure and was feeling quite nervous, the team at rock house recognised this and called me several times to talk through the procedure (calls from clinician/dentist/reception).
When I came for the treatment I felt quite good about having it done based on all previous conversations. This is something I've never had at previous dental surgeries. Rock dental is "THE" practice to be.

As an anxious patient, I can't thank this practice enough. They seem to go above and beyond to put the patient at ease. They show no judgement, but all the staff I encountered were caring and compassionate, right from the minute I rang up and then stepped through the door. Treatment suggestions are gently made, and I received a phone call the morning after my emergency appointment to check how I was. I feel I can trust them, which says a lot. Grateful new patient!

A really pleasant and professional service provided. The practice will always email you a couple of days before the appointment and then also follow up with courtesy call a day before the appointment to make confirm if you will be attending. The staff listen to your concerns and provide practical advice and guidance to any question you may have or are unsure of anything. If you are looking for a good dentist.fully recommend this one.

I've been with Rock Dental for a long time. Today I went for a review of a root canal done last year by Dr Kristlee Fernandes. When it was done I couldn't believe how painless the whole procedure had been. Kris put me at ease and was very gentle. All went well at today's review so I know he did an excellent job. The practice is now at its new location (273 Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton), which is beautifully appointed, spacious, warm and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Went to rock house as struggling my nhs dentist to repair my slightly broken filling without them drilling out the entire tooth as they said it was major dental work. Rock house were absolutely brilliant, fitted me in and got it sorted with just a minor repair. Aron was really reassuring and very professional. I was so impressed I'm now moving to them to look after my teeth from now on.

I hadn't been to the dentist for a very long time as the fear of going would make me so anxious. I spoke to a lovely dental nurse named georgina, she was so sweet and understanding with my situation. I had two extractions and it went so smoothly thank you Anoup and Georgina for making me feel so comfortable and not being judgemental that I abandoned my detal care due to fear of the dentist.

Having had a hard time with my last dentist I rang Rock House and was delighted that within a couple of rings the phone was answered. Receptionist listened intently to my problem and asked if could be there within the hour. Upon my arrival found plenty of car parking space. I was greeted by name and requested to fill in form with my personal details.
Then at the appointed time I was seen by the dentist. He gave a thorough examination and X-rays. He was very cooperative and professional. He outlined a course of treatment required which I found most informative as my old dentist had not identified any of my problems. The whole experience was lovely and everyone was so nice. They obviously care about their patients and took me on as a new patient.

New patient at this dental practice. I had a fabulous experience, I was actually dreading it to be honest, as I don't like dentists ha ha. But from the first phone call, I felt at ease very friendly, informative receptionist, then when I went to my appointment, it was AMAZING! All the staff were welcoming, very relaxed waiting room, and the dentist I seen, Dr Prakash Parekh was brilliant. Kash introduced himself to me, and put me at ease straight away, he took his time, listened to me then after an exam explained my options and gave me a treatment plan.
I had a filling today and I never felt a thing. I am Looking forward to going back to see the hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice, especially if your nervous like I was. Thank you to all the team.

It was our first visit and all the staff at Rock Dental Practice were kind, caring and helpful. Very professional treatment and excellent advice given. I initially went to Rock House because of the good reviews. I had toothache and was seen quickly, despite the fact that I was not yet a patient. The problem was dealt with and I registered with the practice. The dentists have always been straightforward and honest about what needs doing - and the reverse. I knew I needed work and once this was completed it has just been check-ups and hygienist work. At all times everyone at the practice has been helpful and polite.

I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and haven't been in over three years due to such a bad experience. I recently broke a tooth and booked an appointment at Rock House Dental. Within 5 minutes the dentist had already put me at ease. I've tried SO many different dentists who could deal with my phobia, and these guys have been incredible from start to finish, even down to the lovely ladies who took the booking! I will absolutely never go to another dentist, and I will be recommending Rock House Dental to everyone.

I live abroad and always have a check-up each time I'm home; usually twice a year. The staff are always courteous, the practice spotless and most importantly I've had extremely professional attention on each visit, especially on this latest visit as I have a slightly unusual condition. On returning permanently to England soon I will be glad to have such a reliable dentist nearby, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have already done so.

Went to see Kam today. How lovely her and the team were. She quickly worked out where the pain was coming from and gave plenty of advice on how best to go forward. I was seen on time and it was really good experience. All my family will be moving to the practice. No pushy sales either like many dentists in the area.

Booked an emergency appointment and was seen the following morning. All staff were pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Had a bad tooth removed in no time at all with no fuss or bother. I can highly recommend the Rock House Dental Practice and will certainly use their services again when necessary.
