I was looking at getting 2 implants done at my local dentist in south london but the 2 dentist i went to wanted an absolute fortune so i was looking at possibly going to Turkey for treatment. I have been with complete smiles since they opened, the practice is very clean and comfortable but I would say that in Particuar that Dr Sadia is one of the best dentist's I have come across, very professional and has carried out an amazing job at preparing and fitting 8 vaneer crowns on my my top teeth. I wanted to try a new dentist as I moved home. The reviews for CS Harrow seemed good. I was greated by a receiptionist who was friendly and offered me a drink. That's pretty much where the positives end. I walked into the dentists room - Dentist Sarah. Cold, unfriendly, no conversation. She asked what the issue is. As part of my response, I included the fact I am petrified with dental treatment.

Believe it or not, she was silent. not a word of response to my omission. She proceeded to check my teeth and not a word from her about my obvioulsy anxious body language. After the check-up she gave me all of my options for remedy and gave me a leaflet with costs. Overall I made a mistake going here. Absolutely abysmal dentist with no people skills or empathy.

I asked reception for the owners name. She didn't know! I emailed them to ask for ownerss details, no response. Be careful reading all of the positive reviews. My experience was the opposite. Edit: Whilst there is no change to the above review (1 star) regarding Dentist Sarah, I did return to the dentist to see Dentist Malavi. Whilst Malavi had been informed of my afore mentioned review, her service, professionalism, awareness, customer service etc were above and beyond.

She spoke to me about dental phobia and reassured me of the measures she will take during my checkup. I will continue to review the service during my follow-up visits. For now and based on my initial poor visit vs my recent excellent visit, I will change the review rating to reflect both visits. But it is currently fair to say that in most organisations, treatment is different based on which member of staff serves you. We all aspire to receive Amazon service! Next update coming soon.

Dr Amrani was wonderful. I had invisalign done by her and was grateful of how caring and professional she was. Given my unpleasant previous experiences with dentists, I was happy to find her. I came by the clinic earlier last week as I wanted more information, the young girl at the front reception was telling me that an emergency appointment is more convenient than a general check up for my tooth ache. I asked for the difference between the two and the way she spoke to me was very impressive. I asked for her age and she was pretty young yet the way she used big formal words to talk to me gave me an impression that she was a very educated and smart young girl.

I had a teeth clean recently with Dr Sarah, it was very quick to get an appointment and the reception was very friendly and accommodating! she even offered to throw away a cup I had been drinking out of (really too nice.) Dr Sarah was also very knowledge and made me feel completely at ease while giving me great advice and information. The clean itself was excellent and I was vey happy with the end results (smoking stains / plaque totally removed) Thanks so much again to everyone at complete smiles. PS - if you are driving, they are also handily situated close to a few car parks which are vey cheap.

25 for a general check up and basic clean is amazing like for like with my nhs dental practice - just didn't have to wait 6 months! I needed a deep clean which was an extra 100 but honestly, as a starter I don't see any private Practice offering a first consultation for less than 60- so I thought it was a massive save anyways! Alongside the care/ attention to detail received by the dentist all of the staff were so hospitable! Never have I been to a dentist where they offer Tea/ Coffee or any refreshment while waiting! Honestly would recommend to all those needing dental treatments in Harrow!

My husband's gold crown was came out, so after searching online, we made a quick visit on Saturday. The dentist who treated me on Saturday treated me kindly and quickly, but two days later the attached gold crown fell off again, and since I was on holiday, I hurriedly returned. Fortunately, the head doctor figured out the situation and immediately gave first aid, so I was able to go on holiday as scheduled. I am not the biggest fan of dental treatment (understatement) and had a few unpleasant experiences prior at different establishments pre 2020. Recently, an older silver filling dropped out and caused an abscess. I was able to book an appointment at the weekend with no fuss, the receptionist was polite and sent helpful reminders. The pricing was clear and fair - the dentist (Sarah) was brilliant and explained everything.

All my questions were answered and I felt the course of treatment well thought out. Some other smaller jobs were done on the same day, and a brilliant full clean. I was put at ease and relaxed as much as one can. I brought my partner with me and he also had a full clean and examination - will be coming back for his follow ups too and has echoed the above. Found a new dentist :)

I am very happy with the connection I've had with this dental practice. The first phone call I received to make appointment polite, Friendly add was able to make appointment for the very next day. I was under the Impression that I needed much more treatment which was recommended by my NHS dentist, only to be told all I needed was a clean which was done gently without any distress to myself and no other treatment to be done just regular checkups.

How I was looked after, encourage me to tell my daughter to make an appointment, however she hadn't been to the dentist for 15 years so her treatment was definitely more intensive.

Complete smiles is probably one of the best dental practices I've been too. I feel so comfortable with them unlike other dentists I've seen. From having bad experiences before, my dentist dr Amirreza has really made my treatment comfortable by always making sure I'm doing okay and explaining each process to me nicely and calmly. Overall all the staff are lovely. Now I feel more comfortable about my teeth and how I look. Really recommend this dentist to others!

I have to say that I have had a great experience. The Receptionist in the front desk was very helpful and kind, always friendly and clear directions. My first encounter with the dentist went really well and the facilities are in a clear and good condition.

All the staffs so welcoming and the dentist so efficient & well explained with my current teeth problem.
