At Perfect Smile Acton, we provide comprehensive dental care tailored to individual needs, combining general, cosmetic and restorative services at our practice on Horn Lane in London. We welcome both NHS and private patients and are open from 8:30 am until 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Our examinations for existing and new patients are priced at 75, excluding X-rays, and emergency appointments are available at the same starting price. Patients can access a broad range of treatments, including Invisalign clear aligners, dental implants, hygienist care, fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canal treatment, extractions and teeth whitening. We also provide selected free consultations, flexible finance arrangements and 0% finance options for eligible treatment.

A particular part of our service is dental sedation for patients who experience anxiety around dental treatment. We accept referrals from other dental practices and provide conscious IV sedation for adults, alongside Gas & Air for children where appropriate. A variety of procedures can be completed with sedation, including fillings, crowns, root canal treatment, extractions, surgical and orthodontic tooth removal, and dental implant placement. Our team includes experienced general dentists, an implantologist, a specialist endodontist and dental hygienists. We care for children, adults and families, with disabled access and free parking available. Spanish, Polish and Urdu are spoken at the practice, and appointments can be arranged by calling 020 8993 2233 or booking online.

When unexpected dental problems arise, we offer emergency appointments for concerns such as toothache, broken teeth and swelling. Appointments start from 75, with X-rays excluded from this price. Our service enables urgent dental issues to be assessed without unnecessary delay, helping address problems promptly before they become increasingly difficult to treat.
Invisalign

We offer Invisalign for patients seeking a discreet approach to correcting uneven or crowded teeth. The consultation costs 25, while treatment is available as Lite from 2,450, Moderate from 3,450 and Comprehensive from 4,250. These three options reflect the amount of movement needed for the teeth. An initial consultation and scan are usually completed before the treatment plan is finalised, helping to make expectations clear from the beginning.
Dental Implants

For patients considering Dental Implants, we offer treatment led by Suneil Amin (GDC 177837), an Implantologist with a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons. He leads our surgical and implant cases, with a single implant including the crown starting from 3,100. The initial consultation is 25, and CT scans start from 190 where necessary.
Cosmetic Dentistry

Coffee, tea, food and everyday habits can gradually cause staining that affects the appearance of your smile. We provide Boutique Home Whitening from 390 to help address this concern. Whitening syringes are also available from 35. Your dentist can discuss the most suitable option according to your teeth and desired level of whitening.

I have been attending this dentist from as far back as it was called Springfield. I attended this morning and I just love this place from the minute you walk in. You get a very warm welcome and the front staffs are very warm and friendly. I am a very nervous patient and didn't attend the dentist as often as I should have due to the fear of the needle. I use to have to be knocked out, that's how scared I was but, altho still nervous I have faith in my dentist who makes me feel at ease the minute I enter the room along with his lovely assistant. No more putting to sleep and taking the injections. I highly recommend The Perfect Smile, Hornton Lane, Acton.

Best dentist I have ever been to. Practice is clean and modern, receptionists are super nice and efficient (can book you in via WhatsApp) and most importantly Dr Patel did a stellar job, evidently using the latest techniques and instruments - I felt no pain at all during my many visits, even fell asleep once (!). He is also brilliant with kids. Five stars!

I've had a fear of dentists for many years. Joe done my filling so gently and it's the first time in years I've been able to let a dentist use a drill and not be sedated. Joe is an amazing dentist, she really cares and my mother absolutely loves Joe and she has been her favourite dentist for years. The dental nurses/ assistants are so caring too. Highly recommended and thank you Joe and everyone at this practice
