We are Perfect Smile Hammersmith, a modern six-surgery dental practice providing comprehensive NHS and private dental care for children, adults and families. Based at 14 Broadway Chambers, Hammersmith, W6 7AF, we are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and offer patient examinations, emergency appointments and X-rays, alongside routine and preventative dentistry. Our services include fillings, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, dentures and professional hygiene care. Patient examinations are 65 excluding X-rays, emergency appointments are 89 excluding X-rays, and X-rays are 12.50 each. Selected consultations are available free of charge, with interest-free finance also offered. We welcome new NHS patients and provide NHS treatment across Bands 1, 2 and 3 according to individual needs.
Our practice also provides specialist services including Invisalign, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and hygiene treatment. Invisalign consultations are available free of charge, with treatment options starting from 3,000. Single dental implants, including the crown, start from 3,150, while composite bonding starts from 400, veneers from 800 per tooth and crowns from 850. Hygiene appointments start from 90, with combined Hygiene and Airflow sessions from 130. We offer same-day appointments for urgent dental problems and provide disabled access and nearby paid parking. Our multilingual team speaks English, Cantonese, Romanian, Gujarati and Punjabi. Patients can reach us by Hammersmith & City, District and Piccadilly lines, as well as bus routes 220, 295, 72 and 283.

The service is provided by Martina Olivieri (GDC 290585), who regularly pursues additional training, including cosmetic dentistry courses. Patients can attend a free consultation for a personalised treatment plan. Prices begin at 3,000 for Lite, 3,500 for Moderate and 4,500 for Comprehensive treatment.

Our dental implant service addresses missing teeth while taking into consideration the condition of the bone and surrounding structures. A single dental implant, including the crown, is available from 3,150, with multiple implants priced after consultation. Where clinically required, CT scans are available from 190, and bone grafting and sinus lifts start from 750.
Cosmetic Dentistry

Our cosmetic dentistry service provides options for improving the appearance of chipped, uneven or discoloured teeth. We can discuss both less invasive procedures and more comprehensive smile treatments. Composite bonding is available from 400 for reshaping or enhancing individual teeth, with veneers from 800 per tooth and crowns from 850. Patients can also attend a free cosmetic consultation.
Dental Hygienist

Our professional hygiene care helps maintain healthy teeth and gums by removing stubborn build-up and surface staining that regular brushing may not completely eliminate. Dental Hygienist appointments start from 90, while combined Hygiene and Airflow sessions are available from 130. Rumman Nizami (GDC 298900), our in-house Dental Therapist, provides comfortable care and additional support where required.

I had a great experience with Dr. Sneha Vara and wanted to share how impressed I am with her care. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. very thorough and gentle, which made the whole appointment comfortable.
She also took the time to properly assess my situation and referred me to the hospital to have my four wisdom teeth removed, which I really appreciated. On top of that, she gave me helpful advice about improving my oral hygiene, including recommending an electric toothbrush.
Overall, shes professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about her patients. Id highly recommend Dr. Vara to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable dentist.

Excellent experience with an emergency tooth appointment. Rohan was a new dentist for me and clearly explained the best options and what needed to be done to gain the best outcome. I have been with Perfect Smile for quite a number of years. I saw a new dentist today Dr Y Saeed. Strange to say I had an enjoyable trip to the dentist. Dr Saeed is lovely. She has a warm, friendly approach caring about more than just the teeth but also taking time to get to know more which was nice. I have already recommended her to a family who have recently moved back to the area. The receptionists are always great from booking the appointment to their friendly welcome upon arrival.
