We provide comprehensive NHS and private dental care from our Richmond practice at 2527 Kew Road, TW9 2NQ. New and existing patient examinations are 68, excluding X-rays, while emergency appointments are 89, also excluding X-rays. Invisalign treatment is available through experienced providers, with free consultations and treatment from 3,000. Dental implant care is supported by clinicians with specialist qualifications and extensive experience, with single implants including the crown from 2,800. Cosmetic dentistry includes professional whitening options, while hygiene appointments start from 90 and provide personalised preventive care. We also offer a limited-time 10% saving on dental implants, with the option to spread eligible treatment costs through interest-free finance, subject to terms and conditions. Our practice provides disabled access, nearby paid parking, same-day appointments and interest-free finance.

Patients seeking teeth whitening can select from our Boutique or Enlighten home whitening treatments. Boutique home whitening starts from 375, whereas Enlighten home whitening starts from 650. Our cosmetic and restorative dentistry services are supported by Sajni Kotecha's (GDC 83512) strong interest in these areas and her Fellowship Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dental Implants

We provide dental implant treatment supported by Suneil Amin (GDC 177837), a holder of a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, alongside Rujuta Deshpande (GDC 174999), who has over 17 years of implant experience. She places around 250 to 300 implants annually. Consultations cost 25, while single implants with the crown start from 2,800, with flexible finance available.

Dr Yara Chaer is truly an exceptional dentist and we feel very lucky to have found her. She is our family dentist, looking after me and all of my children, and every experience with her has been excellent.
What really stands out about Dr Yara is how patient, kind and reassuring she is. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also has such a warm and gentle manner that immediately puts you at ease. She takes her time, explains everything clearly and never makes you feel rushed.
She is absolutely wonderful with children of all ages. She is brilliant with my little one, making her feel safe, comfortable and at ease, but she is equally fantastic with my teenagers. She seems to know exactly how to approach each of them in a way that makes dental appointments feel relaxed and much less daunting.
For me as a mum, knowing that my children genuinely feel comfortable and trust their dentist means a lot. Its rare to find someone who combines so much knowledge and professionalism with such genuine kindness and care.
We all really like and trust Dr Yara and I honestly couldnt recommend her highly enough. A fantastic dentist and a genuinely lovely person.

My first visit to Perfect Smile Richmond, to see a Dentist ( for NHS fee paying) A warm welcome at reception. I had a very thorough examination, with complete visual inspection, multiple images taken of the inside of my mouth, to assist with explanations of the condition of my teeth and gums along with standard x-rays and a 360 x-ray. Clear and very detailed diagnosis and treatment options, both private and NHS were provided in a non- hurried way, so I was able to consider the choices. I will needed several further visits for work in the future but on today's experience I am happy to proceed with them.

I had a great experience with Heather. She recently did a couple of fillings and two crowns for me, and the whole process was handled with real professionalism and care. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and the final results are excellent. The work feels natural and looks great. Couldnt recommend Perfect Smile enough!

I had a hygiene appointment with Mariana who was amazing and spoke me through the whole process and made me feel at ease during my appointment. I'd had bad experiences with previous dentists over a number of years. Dr Heather and nurse Magda offered outstanding service and treatment, while making the surgery a very welcoming environment. I was given good advice which did not raise unrealistic expectations and the schedule of costs was outlined clearly. I was always unsure about having a crown fitted, but it very quickly felt like just another tooth and never once felt out of place in my mouth. I wanted to wait a few months until it settled completely before writing the review, to enable me to give as accurate an account of my treatment as possible. Hopefully, I won't need dental help too many times, but when I do there is only one place I'll be attending.
