We are Perfect Smile Tyldesley, a well-established six-surgery dental practice at 219 Elliott Street, serving the local community for many years. Our practice provides both NHS and private dental care, with a team of experienced dentists, a dedicated hygienist and a supportive wider dental team. We offer family dentistry in a professional and welcoming setting, with disabled access and English and Cantonese spoken at the practice. Our services include routine examinations, fillings, hygiene appointments, airflow treatment, root canal therapy, crowns, veneers, extractions, composite bonding, Invisalign and dental implants. New patient examinations are 65 excluding X-rays, existing patient examinations are 50, and emergency appointments are available from 92 for unregistered patients, excluding X-rays.
We also provide flexible treatment options, including finance plans, free Invisalign consultations and free cosmetic consultations. Invisalign Lite is available from 3,400, while composite bonding starts from 350. Our emergency service supports patients requiring prompt attention for dental fractures or severe toothache, with same-day appointments available during practice hours. We aim to make dental care accessible, comfortable and affordable while helping patients maintain healthy teeth and gums or address restorative and cosmetic needs. Our practice can be reached by road, bus and train, with Atherton and Walkden stations providing rail access, while V1 and V2 guided bus services connect Leigh, Tyldesley and Manchester.

My dentist is Alan Ng . I have been a patient for 22 years. My husband is a patient and all children and grandchildren. He's the most wonderful dentist. Gentle and talks you while doing the procedure. Makes you feel relaxed and extremely knowledgeable and understanding.
I came to visit the dentist 16/3/2026 just for a general checkup and became extremely poorly as I sat in the chair. I had a anaphylaxis life threatening allergy this resulted myself struggling to breathe.. Alan was absolutely superb and saved my life. I can honestly say I couldn't of been in better hands. He acted immediately and gave me a EpiPen and called ambulance . He actually saved my life. The staff and all the team were unbelievable. I will never be able to thank them all enough especially Alan for the kindness and the injection for bringing me back. Later the next day he called me asking how I was . How lovely.
Thank you to a wonderful team and Alan you are credit to the dentist.

Absolutely top notch! Period. Mr Wisam Hasoon is a highly professional Dental practitioner & Then some. He is kind courteous & highly professional. I personally highly recommend this Gentleman. Dr Bell is always so lovely. Hes looked after mine and my familys teeth for 15 years. My children love going to see dr Bell the dentist. Alan Ng has been my dentist since I was 18 and he has provided me and also now my childrens dental care excellently. Always doing the best for us, appointments reasonably easy to get and excellent care provided. Wouldnt trust anyone else the same with our dental needs. This included hospital referrals, mouth guards for sports, regular dental care and orthodontist referrals. Excellent 5/5 thank you Alan

I've been a patient of Mr bell's since he started at the practice, he is also my children's dentist, he always makes you feel so relaxed and at ease when your in his chair, my children have never been scared and that's all thanks to Mr Bell, he truly is one of a kind and myself and my children will really miss him, he is going to be hard to replace, I hope you enjoy your retirement and know your going to be missed ( At least I let your take my tooth before you retired lol).

I recently saw Eva (hope that's how it's spelled) for treatment. I'm diagnosed Autistic and I'm extremely anxious when It comes to dentists. Eva was amazing with me. Constantly telling me what she was doing. Regularly reassuring me and asking me if I was ok. I really can't praise her enough. I was made to feel safe and comfortable throughout the appointment. Rang perfect smile dental - Tyldesley, to say I had a problem with a cracked tooth, asked to see Mr Ng, told he was fully booked, but he said if I would turn up and was prepared to wait he would see me. On arrival waited for about 5 mins saw Mr Ng who did the treatment as required. Really appreciated the fact that despite being fully booked and at such short notice Mr Ng was prepared to see me. Big thank you to Mr Ng.
