We are Perfect Smile Vicars Cross, a modern nine-surgery dental practice in Chester, based at 48 Green Lane, CH3 5LB. We provide both NHS and private dental care for children, adults and families, with free parking, selected free consultations, flexible finance plans and same-day emergency appointments available. Our services include routine examinations, preventive care, dental hygiene, emergency dentistry, dental implants, orthodontic treatment, Invisalign, teeth whitening, composite bonding, crowns, veneers, fillings, root canal treatment and other restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We also provide treatment under sedation and accept sedation referrals from external dental practices. Our existing patient examinations, including X-rays, are 65, while new patient examinations with X-rays are 95 and emergency appointments excluding X-rays are 90.
Our team provides professional dental care in a welcoming environment, with English and Polish spoken at the practice. We offer hygiene appointments from 80 and Airflow hygiene from 110, alongside implant treatment, clear aligners and whitening options. Finance plans are available to help spread treatment costs, and Denplan Essentials and Denplan Care packages are also offered. Our experienced dental team includes dental surgeons, an implantologist, endodontist, hygienist, treatment coordinator, practice manager and deputy practice manager. We are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and until 5pm on Friday. Patients can contact us to arrange examinations, consultations, emergency care or other dental treatment.

Single implants are available from 3,200, including the crown, with finance plans available over periods of up to 60 months. Gavin Lawrence (GDC 244750) has a Masters in Implantology and experience in both implant dentistry and minor oral surgery.

We offer Invisalign for patients concerned about crowded or misaligned teeth, helping to gradually straighten teeth with clear, removable aligners. The treatment can also improve overall appearance while supporting your bite and confidence. Invisalign Treatment starts from 3,300, and Lite, Moderate and Comprehensive options are available. Consult Owen Llewelyn (GDC 289611) or Rhianna Stonehouse (GDC 283530), both certified Invisalign providers, to discuss your options.
Teeth Whitening

Emergency Dentist

Our emergency dental service is available for severe toothache, damaged teeth and sudden dental pain that should not remain untreated. Emergency appointments are offered from 90, excluding X-rays, giving our team the opportunity to evaluate the problem and recommend the appropriate treatment. A 90 assessment applies to emergency appointments arranged during practice hours.

Been to Vicars Cross Dental practice this week and must comment of excellent care yet again. I have mobility issues and my husband dropped me off across the road. One of the practice nurses was walking in at the same time as me and greeted me with a friendly smile and said my husband could park outside the practice. Every member of staff is friendly. Dental hygienist was considerate to my mobility problems. Laura the dentist was cheerful as ever. From someone who had a dental phobia Im someone who now finds a trip to the dentist as a pleasurable experience.

Perfect Smile Dental would have been my idea of hell 2 years ago. I would not go to a dentist for love nore money.
But Noticing I had bleeding gums (yes I'm guilty of neglecting my teeth).
I was left with little choice but to admit my sins and enter the cathedral of my certain doom.
But once inside I was greeted by amazing and considerate staff who put my worries at ease!
I can't thank Rihanna and her Nurse Emily enough for all the care and advice they have given me on the road to a perfect smile.
I have been given so much helpful advice and the work rhianna has done on my teeth and gums has made me feel so much better in my self and importantly with not one glimmer of judgement for the state I let my self get into.
Rhianna also offers Help with Snoring which I will be doing next. (much to the relief of my better half)

My family and I have been patients here for a few years. The staff are friendly, and it is clean and welcoming. I had Invisalign treatment and whitening with Dr Rishi Gogna. Everything was explained really well, and I am so pleased with the results! Rishi and his nurse Freddie are a great team, and aways put me and my children at ease.

I recently had a dental implant procedure under Dr Shahrzad Jeffrey. I was initially very apprehensive about having this procedure. However Shahrzad explained the procedure step by step before and during the procedure. She was reassuring throughout and had a very gentle touch with her surgery, which also put me at ease. Afterwards I was expecting to be in some discomfort and experience swelling and bruising, I was prepped with pain relief and ice packs. However the pain never escalated enough for me to feel much discomfort and paracetamol for the first day or so kept it at bay. I also didnt experience any swelling or bruising and I didnt need the ice packs. Obviously there was initial discomfort eating as I had a few stitches in my gum, but within a few days that eased too. My experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Shahrzad.

Excellent friendly service from all staff, including the reception staff. I was examined by Rebecca and her assistant nurse. As soon as I entered the examination room, my mind was put at rest. I have been a patient of Rebecca for a number of years and a patient of the practice for many more years. I am at an age where the 'dentist' was used as a threat, the days of mechanical driven drills and 'gas'. I highly recommend Vicars Cross Dental Practice, the location, staff and service, with special thanks to Rebecca and Assistant.

Called the practice as I had cracked my tooth , the receptionist gave me an appointment for the 7th August , she said she would put me on the cancellation list , which was very kind of her , within the next few days had a txt to go that week on the Wednesday, which was such a relief as I am very anxious, on arrival I was called in by the dental nurse her name was Maya. Can I say what a very professional girl she was , she took me in to see Laura the dentist who was just as lovely with me and put my mind at rest. she fixed my tooth and made me feel at ease , I really feel I wont be as anxious on my next visit , could you pass on my thanks to them both please

My first appointment yesterday. Had been on a waiting list for some time. What a nice dentist, explained the treatment I would require and answered all questions I had. Very approachable surgery. Very busy, speaks volumes. Thankyou. On a historical point, my schoolfriend used to live in the house before it was sold to the dentist. Nice to reminise about my childhood playing there!
