Services
We provide dental crowns to restore damaged or weakened teeth, helping to improve strength, function and appearance. Crowns cover the visible portion of a tooth and are securely fitted using strong dental cement. We offer all-ceramic, porcelain bonded to metal and gold crowns, with treatment typically completed over two to three appointments.
Our tooth extraction treatment is carried out when severe decay, infection, damage or gum disease means a tooth cannot be saved. We use local anaesthetic to numb the area and proceed only when you are fully comfortable. The tooth is carefully loosened and removed, with all fragments addressed. Healing then allows the surrounding area to recover.
We offer root canal treatment for teeth affected by serious infection resulting from dental decay or trauma. The procedure involves carefully removing infected tissue under local anaesthetic, followed by cleaning and sealing the root canals. Usually requiring two to three appointments, treatment can ease symptoms, limit further damage and help the tooth function normally again.
We provide professional teeth whitening to brighten natural teeth and reduce staining for a refreshed smile. Treatment can address common stains associated with teeth-staining foods, smoking and alcohol, while helping enhance facial aesthetics. Depending on your preferences, whitening can be carried out using flexible day or night tray options to suit your routine.
We provide porcelain veneers to enhance tooth colour, shape and overall smile balance. Each veneer is bespoke and designed to create a natural enamel-like appearance while offering a durable, stain-resistant result. Veneers can help improve badly stained teeth, repair chips or cracks, close small gaps and refine mildly crooked teeth. A consultation confirms whether this option is appropriate.
We provide dental implants as a long-term solution for replacing missing teeth, using artificial roots securely anchored into the jawbone. Our treatment options include single implants, All-on-4 and All-on-6 solutions, tailored to individual needs, oral health and bone structure. The process includes consultation, detailed imaging, implant placement, healing, digital scans and final crown fitting.
We offer Invisalign to address a range of alignment concerns, from minor spacing and crowding to more complex issues such as overbites and crossbites. Patients can choose from several Invisalign treatment types according to their individual requirements, including options specifically designed for teenagers. Treatment includes a complimentary chat and 3D scan, with removable retainers provided for continued support.

I had an absolutely excellent experience with Dr Nadia Nateghian. She is incredibly professional, kind, patient, and caring. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes you feel completely comfortable, and never rushes you.
Her attention to detail and the way she treats her patients are exceptional. I genuinely felt that I was in very safe and capable hands throughout my treatment.

The dentist Dr Sara charged me for half an hour but only gave me 15 minutes treatment - highway robbery ! (I suspect it was because the previous time I opted for the cheaper 65 treatment on offer on their website when she was trying to persuade me to opt for the higher priced option which I refused). Not value for money !

I needed to have a crown fitted in my lower jaw. Dentist Hina Lakhani was able to use a new scanning technique to enable the lab to make a perfectly shaped crown. Much nicer than the old impressions where you felt all your teeth are being sucked out! The scan produced a perfectly fitting crown with minimum fuss. I'm very happy with the result.

I cant recommend Hanwell Dental Center enough! Dr. Sarah is amazing she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. When I first came in wanting teeth whitening, she didnt just go along with it; instead, she explained that my dental and gum health needed some attention first. I really appreciate that she cares about whats best for her patients, not just quick fixes.
Now I come back every 36 months for my regular appointments, and its always such a pleasant experience. Dr. Sarah is kind, professional, and even takes the time to chat a bit about life outside of work which makes every visit feel personal and relaxed.
