At our Earlsfield dental practice, we deliver high-quality NHS and private dentistry for the whole family, with care centred around each patient's individual requirements. New NHS patients are welcome, and patients may choose to combine NHS and private services. We keep our fees clear, with guide prices available for examinations, children's check-ups and small X-rays, and a cancellation or late-change fee applies where the required 48 hours' notice is not provided. Our finance arrangements enable treatment costs to be distributed across periods of 6 to 60 months, subject to status. Denplan Essentials is also available, offering annual examination appointments, hygiene treatments, X-rays where required, a reduction on private fees and preferential appointment times. Current opportunities include a reduced-price new patient check-up, which includes oral cancer screening and free consultations for cosmetic treatments and Invisalign, alongside a saving on professional Boutique Whitening. We provide professional teeth whitening using custom-made trays and powerful whitening gel to refresh the appearance of your smile. Before treatment, our Hygienist can clean and examine your teeth, checking for decay and assessing gum and bone health. Our Lumiwhite and Boutique take-home options use an overnight gel application, with whitening results designed to last.
Our dental implant treatment offers a permanent alternative to removable dentures, helping replace missing teeth with natural-looking functionality. We provide single, multiple, all-on-4, all-on-6 and full dental implants, with treatment carefully tailored to individual needs. Using advanced imaging and digital planning, we position implants precisely before completing the restoration following the healing process.
With our Dental Hygienist Treatment, we provide tailored preventive care to help keep your smile clean, fresh and healthy. Our experienced hygienists thoroughly assess your teeth and gums before removing plaque and tartar from difficult areas, polishing the teeth and supporting gum health. We also provide individual aftercare guidance to encourage lasting oral hygiene.

Incredibly thorough hygiene services from Jackie as always. Ive been coming to get my teeth cleaned here since 2022 and she always leaves my teeth super clean. l have metal retainers which can be tricky - lve tried other places but l always come back here as l am confident that Jackie will be thorough. Also shes really sweet which helps make you feel comfortable! I definitely recommend

I really want to give a shout-out to the manager! I was super nervous as this was my first time here, but the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease. I had my tooth extraction done and it went really smoothly too. I also needed help with my insurance paperwork to claim, she stepped in and sorted it all out with total efficiency. Honestly, thank you! It makes such a difference when the person running the front desk is this helpful and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Karema, the hygienist, during our kids visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle, which made the children feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything in a friendly way and made the whole appointment enjoyable for them. Its not always easy to make kids comfortable at the dentist, but Dr Karema did an amazing job. Highly recommend her for families with children!

What can I say. Used Dr Williams, Elena and the team over the last 5 years from Invisalign to teeth whitening and general care. I wasnt the most straight forward of cases but it was a true joy to see their smiling faces each time and they treat as much more than a patient. Would highly recommend and cannot fault the service at all. I have had to move out of London but will miss them!

I was registered 1year ago ,receptionist lady is very polite and helpful . She is very coperative and nicely talk. My dentist and nurse were so caring. They really take the time to do the job properly, explain what theyre doing and are friendly and kind through out. Staff are experienced and professional..thanks very much!

I have a terrible fear of dentistry and also suffer sensitive teeth which doubles the situation, however I went to MyDentist just last week and i have to say the staff here are fantastic, they calmed me down and the work i needed was 100 x less stressful. A great Dentist for the area. Highly recommended!
