I am 74 years old and have been with this practice since I was at primary school, probably more than 68 years, and when I called this morning for an appointment I was told that I had been de-registered because I didn't visit often enough! When I explained that a filling, which they had implanted, had fallen out and I was suffering some discomfort I was told that they could not re-register me and could be of no further assistance.
So much for customer care, they are only interested in lining they pockets, but it does explain why they have only a 3.2 rating on Google reviews. Their claim to be "A warm and welcoming dental practice" should be investigated as False advertising.
